We only allow exchange for pre-opened packaging and wrong orders sent. All exchanges must reach us within 10 working days from the day of delivery. Items can be sent to us by post or in person.
In case of defective items, HemaBuddy™ Hong Kong will cover all postage costs. If the customer wishes to change the defective item to a different product, he/she must pay 50% of the postage fee.
Botamedi Brain Health and Medical Care Company Limited is not liable for any purchases made through third parties. All requests for exchanges in such cases will be duly declined.
Due to the nature of the goods sold, we do not accept refunds.
